A Very Active September
If you know me, you know I LOVE wildlife, birds in particular. If you’re new here - now you know. September is a busy time for birds, whether they are migrating south, like our Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, or feeding to stay warm like our resident Barred Owls, regardless, it is a BUSY time.

Parents can relate to this too as September means that their kids are settling into school and sports and all of the nonstop after school and weekend activities! That is one reason I love being able to offer evening and weekend photoshoots.
I spent much of Sunday in the studio - helping clients with their international passports from Dutch to Canada to US to the ever so difficult Australia passport photo, as well as some needing updated headshots for their LinkedIn and business websites, and the most joyful session for me was anniversary photos!
As busy as I have been, I have made a concerted effort to get outside and enjoy wildlife like this beautiful Barred Owl below! I hope you too have found time to stop and enjoy the beauty around us.
