The North Carolina birding world learned some very exciting news this past week - a Brown Booby was seen along the Cape Fear River. I went out in search for this amazing bird and while I never found it, I was able to witness another amazing sight on the Cape Fear River - a bald eagle chasing an osprey to steal it’s fish!
